Our Sales Training Program begins by partnering our new associates with the Training and Development team who will guide them through the sales training program and provide them opportunities to learn from various senior brokers within the company. Our new associates will also be enrolled in our yearlong sales training program. The sales training program will accelerate our sales associates’ skills and mindsets to kick start their commercial real estate careers, the Franklin Street way. This program was created by commercial real estate professionals and continues to evolve in response to real-time trainee feedback as our associates progress in their careers. This is a training program that will truly take the industry by storm. Training covers topics such as prospecting, cold calling, marketing, networking, developing centers of influence, closing tactics, goal setting, and referrals. The workbook portion of this handbook will allow you to follow along with each of the sales training classes that take place.

INSIDE LANE

The Inside Lane Program is an annual team-building, project and change management experience. High performing, future leaders get an inside look to the inner workings of Franklin Street and work through a series of projects. Ultimately, the individual members come together as a cohesive team to make lasting, positive change.

FS UNIVERSITY

Franklin Street University is our database of proprietary training materials that our Franklin Streeters have access to. The information is delivered in digestible ways for learners to grasp quickly. Franklin Street University also has the capability to track learner progression. This is possible by collecting data from multiple touchpoints in every training to better identify learner gaps and knowledge deficiencies.

CONTINUED EDUCATION

Our Team members are encouraged to be continual learners and we re-imburse them for completed courses, classes, and certifications related to the industry or their role.

SALES TRAINING PROGRAM

Trainees will learn the foundational skills needed to provide value and a high level of service to their future clients. Courses are a combination of video recordings and live lectures.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The Leadership Development Program is a multi-phased program that develops our team members from leading and managing your first person to directing an entire division.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Mentors and Mentees are paired up for a minimum of 6-months to establish goals, develop action plans and work through implementation. The program provides our team members with 1-on-1 personalized development.
